This is what separates good companies from shit companies.

When things go to hell (like now), were a company knows it messed up bad, with champions, the jungle, items, etc. You shouldn't be completely quite.

All the complaint threads about Kassadins Nerfs, Veiger changes, and Jungle changes and I haven't seen riot comment ONCE, not ONCE. Yet today I saw a thread about someone saying that it was his birthday and he wishes us a great day and some riot member said something or whatever. Now it's not bad that riot responded to this, but can they get some priorities in place? Can they try to tell people what they plan to do? Is it to hard for someone to say "We will add compensation buffs to Kassadin" or "Next patch were gonna see some Lee Sin nerfs".

Riot. It's your fault for being so incompetent that the forums is so full of these threads and your silence only makes it worse.

Get your shit together, I'm actually considering Dota 2.

This is how you can tell the entitled shit community members from the good ones. Good community members know that riot is a company that tries their hardest to make the game the best it can be. Why? Because that will make them money. Good community members make responses and know that while Riot values their feedback, they won't always agree. Good community members know that in the end they cannot always get what they want and in the end we will all adjust to the changes.

Bad community members cry and rage and blame the company for things not going the way they want, they think that because they are part of the yelling screaming minority their opinion matters more because more people see it (See: Westboro Baptist Church).

Sometimes a nerf is just a nerf, sometimes a champion gets nerfed to be healthier in the long run or add counterplay where there was none before (See Kassadin range changes and Veigars stun change) and while you may not like it, the best you can do is provide your feedback with your own reasoning rather than crying about it. You are not entitled to any form of compensation, you are not entitled to have a rioter respond to every post you make and thinking otherwise is incredibly dumb of you, if you payed any attention at all to the websites that keep track of Rioter conversation (Namely: http://www.surrenderat20.net/ ) you would know that Riot does provide feedback and discuss this stuff on the forums, just because you do not see it on the front page doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

EDIT: You are right, it feels better to get it all out.

To an extent and I can agree with you. While they claim that they read most of things on here to me at least from what I've seen in my time not only with the game but forum as well it's just empty words. They can say they read things but nowadays I need evidence! We need proof that things are being done especially when said things that are suppose to change were from years ago!

Like you say though it's fine when they go on goofy post or wishing people happy birthday, getting a job, etc that's all great but it seems like that's the only thing they been posting on.

What they need to do is prioritize where the problem is coming from. Are people really upset about a champion being nerf, or is there something more to it? Don't get me wrong there will always be people who will be against everything they do, but I'm sure they can see when people have legitamate complaints about something and someone just hating just because!

With all the various QQ threads you can't expect Riot to comment on every single one, when they all say the same thing anyway. I would count the number of Angry about Veigar threads but I would like to do something else today. They aren't going to comment on upcoming changes because the last patch changes just came out TWO DAYS AGO!

Riot can respond to 'happy birthday' threads because its light PR, when they go to commenting on potential changes they paint themselves into a corner. Their way of saying whats going to happen next is through sites like surrender@20 and the PBE.
