I forgot how much but yes you lose lp for dodging. If you're in series it also counts as a loss.

First dodge of the day: -3 LP and 6 minute wait Second dodge of the day: -10 lp and 30 minute wait after that I'm not sure, probably the same, but I've never needed to dodge 3 times.
