Don't queue up if you KNOW you're going to be a burden to your team. Same goes for ping.

Doseqis1 votesI used my laptop for it before at 30 FPS, i wasn't really a burden to my team and now that i got a computer sure i can land a couple more skillshots but it is nothing super gamebreaking and everyone deserves to play.
ABlueQuaker1 votes30 FPS isn't bad, though, as long as it's a stable 30 FPS. 30 FPS is the typical TV refresh rate that you'd play Console games at.
