Is a Rioter playing with you for 1000 wins still a thing?

I know this used to be a thing some time ago but I didn't see anyone mentioning it in a while. Anyway I've hit the number recently on my EUW account and would love to play a game with someone from Rito. Posting here because EUW boards aren't exactly visited by reds.
