What is Riot doing about Griefing Junglers /Auto Lockers

Riot you put in a new system that is supposed to ban toxic players, but in reality its doing nothing about these two problems.

. Junglers, I am talking about the players who lack common sense like a 2 year old, not a simple mistake in game, but rather I was playing a game and at level 4 we actually went 2-1 bottom lane I think it was could have came back into the game very easily but the problem the Gragas on our team just ran in the bottom lane with no actual communication or asking, we didn't even call for a gank he stayed for well over 3 minutes screwed our entire lane off the enemy got 4 kills as a result, after this the game-play which requires passive playing before 6 to even go well was thrown off enemy was just too far ahead and they take bottom turret because of him.

The team starts to get toxic in chat arguing I told them what the problem was and why the game was going bad because they just wouldn't shut up yelling "Intentional Feeder" in chat after the guy clearly threw off our lane, and instead of learning from it like "I am sorry didn't mean to throw you off I will ask next time they choose to just argue all game long harassing chat and the game was over.

. The same game, and other games players just auto lock things with no communications at all, and even in some games players call a role tell players they are going Top, or Mid, then tell at last 30 seconds they are going bottom lane completely ruining a game.

What is Riot doing to address these type of behavior issues within League, and more importantly what is being done to manually investigate games like this were players spam report a player such as myself because they can't agree with the way I am playing League, but are the ones themselves who entered a lane and just flat out threw the entire game for everyone.

Your jungling issue is WAY too isolated (and if it's not, then there must be a reason why it's happening to you repeatedly, as you're the only constant in your games). You can ping him to leave. You also shouldn't really be dying bot lane if your Jungler is in lane with you (even if you get ganked, then it's 3v3....).

On the auto-locking - blinds is toxic, what can I say. There's teambuilder and draft pick where this isn't an issue (although people trying to force others to let them have their role when they're a late pick is still). Not sure what's being done about these players - it isn't enough for sure.

1.) Depends on the days played, sometimes its god awful match-ups with junglers who do not use their brain and do the toxic behavior of throwing off peoples lanes, to be more specific they choose to get really toxic in chat when you start doing poorly or feeding (Not intentional) but because they fed your counter, ruined your early lane, and did not even ask in chat before just running in especially so early at level 4 with no plan at all. (In general sometimes usually I don't find junglers who intentionally do this however some days you get players who do this.)

I can understand when someone who isn't good at a jungle role makes a mistake, however its when they choose to spend an entire game harassing chat after you have let them know that they are the reason the game is going bad when they started being verbally abusive and they refuse to understand so there is just no point in arguing just have to finally mute them but you still lose the game because of the toxicity, in some cases I think this is because the players do not like the off meta picks that I commonly do and they want to see the game be lost then spam report.

2.) Team Builder, I usually don't use Team Builder, but this is something that needs to be in "Ranked Play" so players can choose their roles they are willing to play moreless, its not so much about role, its the general lack of team-play at champion select or communications all together like the second game played today was just flat out toxic auto locks on champions, and then harassment/griefing in the game we could have done better I could have done a lot more myself but not when a player throws lane that hard plus the auto lockers didn't help in draft, I am not talking about role auto locking, but champion wise when no one talks at all or even trys to get a group based play setup.

So what I do remember the game but don't remember what specifically happened, the problem you stick me with a jungler who throws off my lane especially at early game levels, feeds my counters, or players who refuse to actually know how to even play, let alone forced role + one or more especially with raging in chat, guess what ( I am going to feed.) sometimes there is just no such thing as playing safe with the way a specific type of game-play is being played. Come to think of it this game, I was playing Alistar, and the group refused to ever group or follow up properly so I got tired of being a tank and just built AD whatever who cares. Which is the bad thing about even trying to play around instant lock yasuo when no one is going to actually go in and combo at all or even try.

So the code Riot Doesn't seem to be able to enforce.

Being a good team player begins at champion select.

. Yeah is Riot doing anything to improved the champion select issues, and actual in game griefing issues, sometimes it can be common its like playing the random number generator, or RNG with Match-Making of if you are going to get matched with people who think alike or anything.

Leave No Newbie Behind!

. No point in even trying anymore you try to let someone know what they did after they get toxic in chat and why the game is thrown so hard, and all they do is continue to rage like honestly learn from it, say sorry or try to win the game if possible, and don't repeat next game?

I think part of the main problems is players are still to stuck on doing by the meta things, or by the book they see something they don't think will even win a game they rage, don't even try sometimes or just throw the game like "Ashe Support." or "Brand" Support two good examples.
