Nasus mains, do you live in fear of picking first every draft?

I occasionally play Nasus and find that every single game I take him with the first pick I end up with Quinn, Teemo, "other ranged top" on the other side. Sometimes I win and sometimes I don't, but it is always a miserable experience. I feel bad for people that love him but are praying they get to counterpick instead of being counterpicked.
