Error when trying to install league.

After un-installing league due to a corrupted file I tried re-installing it. I have made sure the game is completely gone off my computer, I have tried over and over and over again to download and install the game, I have tried countless trouble shooting ideas for this problem on the internet. But I can't get it to download. Help me please!

The second image is the first thing that pops up and then the download hits zero KBsp and never goes again
