I've gotten an S+ with Shen before
and I went like 2/14/17. I was Shen support. We won and the game lasted about 50 minutes. So I'll let the math leaguers figure that one out.

It compares you to other people playing your champ in the same role.
I'm guessing 2/14/17 Shen is better than the other 2 people who play Shen as a support.
Well you probably had high kill participation and you beat out the other guy who plays Shen support, placing you in the upper percentile.
