So EUW is down and will be for some time...

Why is it on Twitter but not anywhere on their website or in the game lobby? That makes me sad, and angry.

Why is it you prefer to use some 3rd party tool to communicate with your own community over using your own Community-Platforms? If sth. is wrong with the game i head to the Forums to find out about it, not to some 3rd party page/tool (heck, i use neither twitter nor facebook...and i´m certain i´m not the only one). I´m really disappointed in how this is handled. There´s no use in having a Community-Platform of your own if you don´t want to use it yourself, is there?
