I understand that it's a cool concept. I really love the idea of a loot system in League, and I loved the idea that you could earn Hextech Annie if you earn enough boxes. But that was before I realized that Rare Gemstones are....actually pretty freaking rare. (Not sure why I expected differently...)
Is Hextech Annie supposed to be as unrealistic a goal as you're painting that skin to be?

I think this skin is going to be almost as Rare as Pax TF with the aquisition rate of Rare Gems as low as it is right now
