Granted I could have done better, buts its getting god damn annoying having my team get flexed on by a "silver 1" lee sin with 11 total ranked games and 61 total normals. obviously legit, and then admiting hes smurfing at the end. Yah cool. I love league.
What do you want them to do about it?
Anybody can literally make an account and smurf with it without anybody noticing, whether because their main was banned or they want to.
Also its hard to say you've lost more times to a smurf than you've won with a smurf on your team. Its the same AFK/Troll argument, chances are both teams will have a 50/50 having them.
Riot doesn't encourage smurfing but there's nothing that can do to stop it. The only thing smurfs do voliate is if they bought the account leveled up, which is against rules but its still tough to identify if it was leveled.
