[Idea] Personal Ward Mini-Map Coloration

Just like how the Health Bars are now going to be Green/Blue/Red... it'd be nice if your Wards on the Mini-Map were personally colored.

It'd be nice to know from the Mini-Map which Wards are mine (and/or which I'll be replacing) with the new Ward Cap coming in Season 4.

Also I'd like the ability to scale the HP Bars down.
