Jinx is the new Vayne

Don't ban she gets played. It's either I just really am not capable of vsing a jinx or her damage slices through every tank on my team every single game with her runaans hurricane/Infinty Edge, making her rockets a serious issue.

I decided to play jinx in 1 game and went 16/2 building a BF Sword and a Runaans straight after and I literally deleted the enemy teams in a 4v5 game, a 4v5 and the enemy team was still struggling to beat us even when my team fed a lot. All it took was 3-5 rockets and goodbye tanks on their teams, about 1-2 rockets max for the squishy.

Also I find it depressing Jinx's rockets don't count as a ability that can regain Sivirs mana if it hits her shield, although it gives her extra range and AoE damage included.

I'm honestly tired of seeing Jinx every game and most likely will perma ban her. People say Jinx takes skill, explains why it took me 1 game to 16/2 a 4v5 game.
