Anivia needs a nerf.

What I can't figure out is how her win rate goes down as the game length goes on when she scales really well into late game with rod and tear and liandry's. But otherwise I'd say her winrate is up because the only people who really play her right now are the experienced people who continued to master her after she got really nerfed, suddenly all the anivia purists got a big boost to their main champ with very recent patches after a bunch of regular players forgot she existed, like after the stun duration scaled up and her ult length increased and its max damage increased. If anything I'd say the e clearly isn't what's wrong because that's the only thing that's remained constant, her ult combo has always been that way.

Her win rate is because she counters the current tanky mid AP champs that are meta.
