New Feature: One limit champion for a week

I recently betrayed my one trick Vladimir by playing someone else. As a consequence, and punishment, I have lost game after game trying to play different roles and champions. I want Riot to disable all my champions, save Vladimir for an entire week so I know what it's like to be loyal again.
