I recently betrayed my one trick Vladimir by playing someone else. As a consequence, and punishment, I have lost game after game trying to play different roles and champions. I want Riot to disable all my champions, save Vladimir for an entire week so I know what it's like to be loyal again.

An empowered Q(Vladimir starts to glow red) takes a decent chunk of health off of enemies and gives you more in return. This is the best time to trade with your lane opponent. Minions have reduced effectiveness: 35 percent. So you should only cast it on a minion if you can't reach your opponent in time. The zoning potential is huge when you also gain a boost of movement speed for 2.5 seconds.
The E + Q combo is relatively simple yet effective. Fully charging an E slows your target leaving them vulnerable to the follow-up Q. I use this to bully my opponents under their own turrets. Just watch out for ganks.
W + Ghost/Flash makes a great escaping tool.

No, it applies to transfusion only. Note: this also consumes your haste.
ReySolomon1 votesHmm ok and I see you don't have the full CDR scaling runes for Vladimir, 9 cdr scaling glyphs/2 cdr quints, I rush liandrys/sorcerers/hextech prot/depending what I need from there more damage or more counterbuilding.
