@Riot, can 3 S's on a Champion in a specific tier (Gold, etc) add an indicator to champion mastery?

E.g. Champion: Elise Mastery Points: 100k Mastery Rank: 7 (Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum/Diamond/Master/Challenger)

Right now, Champion Mastery is hardly indicative of a player's actual mastery of a champion. I thought Champion Mastery was going to be something meaningful. If you're Bronze with 200k mastery worth of Ranked Games on Yasuo and you haven't moved, you're clearly no better than someone with 5k mastery worth of Ranked games on him.

you say this as if gold players are any better than bronzies. sure there might be those "skilled players" who "got there on their own" but most often it's a bunch of flaming hating crybabies from the small time I spent with the lot last season.
