She spawns hentai tentacles that auto attack you, you are not safe to recall, and you basically have to keep your eyes on everything in order to dodge the attacks coming from every direction. add that to the fact that she is insanely strong right now.

I am sorry but even Hemiy's turrets get attacked if they are too close to an enemy tower, I literally had an Illaoi against me in lane and he tentacles kept spawning on the tower. it was impossible to even play safe and tower hug vs her cause i got smashed in the face doing that... shes a monster. I do not think that it is fair for her tentacles to pop up ON the tower and not get hit? the range is pretty ridiculous too.

Don't know, didn't play her at live, but on PBE she seemed just a bit over the edge. She has a ton of DMG if you walk into tentacles, but otherwise, her only real DMG is her Q.

Not to mention that her E didn't stay on nigh indefinitely if you didn't kill the tentacles. It was like Azir where if you didn't use an ability to activate them, they wouldn't attack, and that was great. But now they hit you if you walk within 15 feet of them, no matter what, which has caused people (including bot lanes because people realized Illaoi support is downright uncounterable) to not be able to farm at all and have to get all of their farm off of the tentacles spawning on/behind their turret and smacking them in the face.

Tentacle Love1 votesI kept seeing her team get owned by the team that didn't pick her. Can't really say that I agree with your assessment, but then, balance testing is pretty shitty on the PBE because PBE is for finding bugs and that doesn't really form a nice environment for testing balance.

Sát Nhân Ðào Hoa1 votesWith Illaoi, she needs 2 items only to be tanky and shit over everyone else, while Yasuo on the other hand would need 3+ items to survive if he doesn't want to get bursted P/S: Yes I know Yasuo can get 100% crit chance with 2 items, but what good would they do for him if he got 0 lifesteal to help him sustain. Yasuo is only scary when he got some lifesteal with 100% crit chance, but if he has only crit chance and no sustain, he'll burst like an overinflated balloon...
