She spawns hentai tentacles that auto attack you, you are not safe to recall, and you basically have to keep your eyes on everything in order to dodge the attacks coming from every direction. add that to the fact that she is insanely strong right now.
i want to point out that these tentacles pop up behind you own tower and smash your face in. also towers don't attack them... I am sorry but even Hemiy's turrets get attacked if they are too close to an enemy tower, I literally had an Illaoi against me in lane and he tentacles kept spawning on the tower. it was impossible to even play safe and tower hug vs her cause i got smashed in the face doing that... shes a monster. I do not think that it is fair for her tentacles to pop up ON the tower and not get hit? the range is pretty ridiculous too.
I kept seeing her team get owned by the team that didn't pick her. Can't really say that I agree with your assessment, but then, balance testing is pretty shitty on the PBE because PBE is for finding bugs and that doesn't really form a nice environment for testing balance.
Like most champs on release. She will be toned down, and people will learn to play against her
She's kinda the new Morde of top, lacking in CC but plenty of damage and sustain

With Illaoi, she needs 2 items only to be tanky and shit over everyone else, while Yasuo on the other hand would need 3+ items to survive if he doesn't want to get bursted P/S: Yes I know Yasuo can get 100% crit chance with 2 items, but what good would they do for him if he got 0 lifesteal to help him sustain. Yasuo is only scary when he got some lifesteal with 100% crit chance, but if he has only crit chance and no sustain, he'll burst like an overinflated balloon...
