@Riot The Decline button

Why is this even an option? Please remove it from the game. If someone is going to decline, they should never queue up to begin with. Nothing is more frustrating than waiting and having someone decline.

EDIT: Just wanted to add some clarity since this thread is apparently WAY over most people's heads.

The Decline button might as well be named the Troll button. If something comes up where you can't Q up, drop from the Q. Yes, sometimes things do come up. If they do, you drop yourself out of the queu, end of story.

This is such an easy concept to understand.

Because queues can be 20 minutes long, and sometimes something comes up by then. If things didn't come up or people didn't accidentally join the wrong queue etc. then they wouldn't decline; they obviously have reasons for doing it.

lugg this will never be a thing you can complain about it as much as you want you just dont understand what happens if you are about to click the X to leave the que and it pops? then what you cant sit there and play a 50 min game and you dont want to lose lp or be reported

i have had times when my que poped but i had to go do something so i decline think about it this way a challenger player could wait an 1h for one game and what happens if they have to do and bam suddenly their que pops do you just abandon the ranked match and lose lp? no you decline.

This seems like such a trivial thing to complain about.

I'd worry more about people who leave the middle of the game than those who don't even enter one.

No, there is something more frustrating, which would happen more frequently if there wasn't a decline button.

It's more frustrating when you go through all of draft pick, and the last person doesn't select a champion or someone dodges at that point.
