Honestly Riot, when is this going to be addressed?

Just had a person afk in my game because I didn't have bot lane tower taken at 15 mins. Literally said, "you don't kno how to play im leaving". I guess being up 1-0-1 and being up 100 cs on their adc at 20 mins and having the most damage dealt on the team isn't enough lmfao. I was like, "they haven't taken out turret?" and he just afks. The saddest part is, he does it because he knows that he isn't going to get punished for it. Same with all the other trolls in this game. I honestly don't get why these people aren't punished.

These people are punished. There are just too many of them. How are they punished? Reports and LeaverBuster

Come on, you know better than that. It takes time for people to get punished. Once is not reason enough to punish someone (except in severe circumstances); Rioters aren't Nazis.

Contribute to their pool of reports, and go about your day. If they act like that often and people report them, they will get punished.

Its honestly the single most annoying thing to deal with in the game. I can deal with the verbal harassment with the mute button. But someone being AFK ruins the whole game 95% of the time.

Every once in a while you get an enemy team that may as well be beginner bots.

Because the tribunal isn't active right now and all punishments are handled by bots.
