Lux E is almost impossible to dodge...

Playing low-mobility champions in general results in you getting fucked... ever try against a Poke Lane?

Oh, finally! Someone complaining about it but admitting its possible to dodge.

2 things:

1. It doesn't actually do that much damage, its Lux following with an auto that hurts. If she gets the auto she gets her passive + thunderlords too. If she doesn't, she'll go oom before she can drain your hp + pots.

2. Consider standing outside the minion wave and pushing. It will force Lux to pick between targetting you and counter pushing, she can't do both.

Walking up/staying away from minions help. Fast reactions can help I usually just move toward Lux or diagonally.
