Is it possible to get young Ryze or triumphant Ryze in hextech crafting?

Triumphant Ryze can only be obtained as a Riot sanctioned tournament prize, without exception. Human Ryze can only be obtained through the original Collector's Edition preorder.

Basically, both are Limited skins and cannot be obtained any other way.

That sucks, I have never seen young Ryze in game before. I wish you could get it in hextech crafting because Its a very nice skin, and I doubt there are many accounts around from when league first came out that preordered the game :(.

i believe it is possible to get every champion skin in hextech crafting. just the more rare skins are much more dificult to get.

Limited Skins can never be gained through Hextech Crafting or Mystery Gifting. If you did not obtain them when they were available, you will not be able to buy them. I think all content has equal chances of being obtained through Hextech Crafting. Rare Skins are just difficult to get because there are not many compared to all of the common Skins plus all the Champions, Ward Skins, and Summoner Icons.

That's fine. Yes, that's why people get tricked into falling for scams, because they really want these Skins that they can't obtain otherwise and subsequently abandon reason. When a scam says something like "Get PAX Sivir for free!" then you know that it's a scam because it is impossible to get that Skin anymore. Riot will literally never sell that Skin again, it can't by Mystery Gifted, it can't be crafted, it can't even be won through a future promotional event. It was a one time deal.

Collector skins form the starting game edition and prizes are the only exceptions.( Human ryze/ black alistar or PAX skins or gold rank reward skins But you can actually get limited skins (as magnificient twisted fate or seasonal/mythical skins)

Magnificent Twisted Fate and seasonal skins such as Reaper Soraka are Legacy, not Limited. Legacy Skins are obtainable, Limited Skins are not. Mythic is a class of Skins that is worth 2450 RP but is unable to be purchased because Mythic Skins can only be obtained via Hextech Crafting.
