About the Level Up Achievement Rewards... Riot you're messing up

Stop trying to get lv1s to lv30s easily, it pisses me off how much people in some of my games arent up to a skill level of the elo im supposed to be in, like a player whose only been playing for a month in my game that isnt duo with anyone? That's just some unhealthy things, plus you shouldnt get xp boosts for each level up because that way you basically get ez level ups and unlock everything easily, if you want to create an environment where people dont have to unlock things like that, remove levels, although that removes one of the ways you guys make money. At least give like refund to players who grinded the levels before the xp cut, paid for lv1 runes and t2 runes at their former price... Or at least give the lv30s the things that they couldnt unlock and still let them buy those 50/90/250 rp packs, it will make for it fair cause then Im pretty sure the 99% of the players whose already lv30 would be satisfied when you're actually trying to help the 1% of the new players.
