Ok, I'm just talking about ONE game here. The one that gave me the restrict apparently (since then all-chat was going pretty much fine.) I probably got reported by salty enemies and your AMAZING automated system stuffed 75 restricted games into my face.

The match should be easy to find, it was between 2 and 3 AM german time, I played jungle Singed, end stats 6/2/10, 11k gold and 93 cs. Temmates Taric, Jinx, Fiora, Kata, // Enemy Team: Tresh, Fizz, Vayne, Lissandra and Amumu. Oh, btw it was a win and I did in no way insult my teammates in any way or did anything else to lower team morale.

All I did was some good old-fashioned taunting the enemy after playing horribly wrong - and kindly telling them that focusing Singed is not really a wise thing to do.

Would you KINDLY post the log so we could elaborate what exactly made me deserve this restriction? As a jungler this pretty much fucks me over. I know that the system is automated, but it pretty much fails if everyone reports others for feeling butthurt after losing a match.

Oh and please don't give me that shit like "ohh you must have been flaming in other games then so you pretty much deserve it". I don't care about ANY other games here, just post the logs of this one. That match got me the restrict and that match is the one we will discuss here.

I guess you don't know that it takes more than one game's worth of reports to get a restriction. You've been naughty more than once. Demanding chat logs and a discussion on a single match is pointless and doesn't excuse your behavior the rest of the time.

May I question the functionality of your visionary organs or do I have to repeat myself?

This game got me the restrict. And this game will be talked about here. I want to know if some light hearted taunting is a reason for triggering such a strong restriction. I want to know if that what I wrote is actually "toxic" - or if this was just some weird error in the system, resluting of butthurt people spamming reports?

To be clear, Valkyrie is right. You were toxic in way more than one game to get that chat restriction.

That said, it doesn't even matter if you chat in game or not. No, it wasn't a weird error in the system, and yes your restriction is the result of people spamming reports. The system gives restrictions based off number of reports, nothing else. If you piss off your teammates and get reported consistently, you'll get a restriction.

No. It didn't. Many toxic games did. It's pretty obvious by the way you talk here that you find toxic behavior to be "normal and acceptable". It isn't.

I was the game that triggered the system to go "Oh hey, let's restrict him". This game was the final point for the system to lable me as toxic - even tho I have done nothing toxic in this game at all. Concludion: this system is pretty fucked up, relying on the pipe dream that pople do not report out of butthurt for losing a game.

OK imangine the following now: some dude has a really bad day or two (because days like thta happen), is somwhat toxic, but no ban comes. Then he thinks: "YO oh man I've been quite a dick, better behave now, this really wasn't good..." and then plays completly non-toxic for over a dozen of games and keeps being non-toxic.

Why would you restric him? he's not toxic or anything. There is no reason for someone who ALREADY FIXED HIS BEHAVIOR to be restricted.

So, it's a pity party if someone who hasn't been toxic in any of his last games gets a hefty chat restrict because of butthurt troll reports even if his behavior right now was completly flawless in that games? Man, I'm glad you don't work at Riot, otherwise would would have to ban people for actually being friendly...

Your first mistake was being toxic in games. Your second mistake was assuming restrictions have to come immediately after the game in which you are toxic for the "last straw" report.

I'm saying they can be delayed. If a dog craps on the carpet and you punish him an hour later, he has no idea what it's for; Riot expects you to be smarter than that.

Indeed, while most humanoids are superior to dogs, I have my doubts as I read your replies as you have apparrently no idea how this system is supposed to work.

The system Riot tries to implement is not to punish, but to REFORM. The goal is making toxic players into not toxic players. So, what if such a player already went from toxic to non-toxic? What need is there to reform him? ABSOLUTELY NONE.

Please Riot just post the logs for this person, I suffer the same exact type of mates harassing me all day in Normal Draft trying to get through chat restrictions / Ranked Restrction because of so many reports, Team refusing communication the same way as in ranked and so many hateful comments, including RL threats its not even a fun game anymore.

Also restrictions are automated so just saying anything in chat at all even GG then getting massively reported by players is enough to get chat restrictions.

it doesn't matter what you did. the chat restrictions are automated. if you get x reports in y games you get a chat restriction. yes the salty enemies reported you and no it doesn't matter if you deserved it.

The thing about the Chat Restriction system is that it doesn't simply look at a single game. It looks at the games in the case that's build by the Reporting System. As such, that single game may not have actually related to the issuing of your chat restriction at all.

That's not what the "unauthorized charges" is... that means someone bought or spent any type of currency on your account.

He would select request type "I have a question..." and category "Account > Management or Recovery".
