Yes, what I didn't say was it's interesting because of how this case will be argued, as a homicide or not. If the person is convicted of murder that will set a new legal precedent. Which ties in to all the KYS Posts we see here.
At some point people have to take responsibility for their own actions. The guy got in his truck and suffocated himself...no one else. To assume that a couple texts from a girl would push anyone over the edge that wasn't already headed that way is ridiculous. Pretty soon the 1st amendment will be no more. TIred of this thought police, BS.
He killed himself. End of the history. It's strange the way she actively were interested on knowing he was killing himself though. Was she interested on his suicide or she thought she was helping him from the suffering life he had?
Anyway it's pretty strange and new but i don't think she should be in jail because of that. Maybe an psychological assessment to see why she was behaving that way but was their family and the people that abused him for long long time that killed him ultimately.
