You do realize he's unkillable, right? I mean, lets be honest. Compared to some of the other things he's been through, a knife in the back isn't even worth noticing.
EDIT: taking a second look at the image. his shoulder seems to be raised, but you can't see his arms. I bet he's actually shrugging it off.
