How to drop to a lower Tier?

I'm a fresh S5 summoner from B1,lost my first 5 ranked games in a row and im wondering,can i drop back into B1 or bronze? also has anyone discussed matchmaking with only their division eg a games with only 10 B1/B2 summoners? i was once in a game that had both B3 and S3. the S3 rekt us.

Don't do anything stupid like intentionally trying to drop back down.
