PROJECT: Hoodie Glitch

So recently I wanted to get the Project hoodie from the quest before I forgot. But when I clicked on it all of my progress was gone. I had already played with the requirements to be able to buy this thing but now it says that my quest progress is back down to 0. What the hell Riot?
