Riot please stop placing new players in silver 1.

9 times out of 10 they are not up to the skill level of silver and they generally do not have the mental strength to play in higher ELO. What I mean is they generally feed and don't know how to cs properly. Then when they feed/have shit CS they get flamed by either their team or the enemy team and will do 1 of 2 things: intentionally feed or afk.

I think a new player who wins all 10 games should get placed highest silver 3 and if they lose all 10 games bronze 3. Seems fair to me.

are you calling silver 1 high elo?

And new players aren't placed in s1, new players that haven't touched ranked before start at 1200 mmr, which is s5-s4, which is the average. If you win 8 or 9 of your placement matches, you'll generally end up in s1 depending on who you played against and how your wins/losses were distributed.
