can i have my old skin shards back i feel ripped off not only that but if i buy the champion i will be exactly 1 orange essance short to redeem it

Rerolling skin shards permanently unlocks a skin for you, it doesn't give you another skin shard.

First of all, why would you re-roll 3 awesome skins... secondly, it shouldn't work like that it should be for a skin of a champion you have.

i dont like pantheons playstyle or his terrible clear times in jungle, dont really care for leona either, dont own jinx. and secondly thats my point it dint give me a skin perminenent for a champion i own it gave me a skin shard for a champion i dont own...

It doesn't permanently unlock the skin as by doing this you are able to get a skin for a champion you do not own, and you're not able to permanently unlock skins for champions you do not own.

Re-rolling 3 skin shards gives you what's called a skin permanent, which acts quite similar to a skin shard. You can disenchant it for essence or re-roll 3 skin permanents for another skin permanent. You also need essence to redeem and permanently unlock it.

Either that's new or my game is bugged because I've gotten 4 permanent skins from re-rolling 3 skins shards. Those skins were unlocked for me, I never received a skin permanent that I needed essence to unlock...

Well, maybe you don't need essence to redeem it, I don't know, but according to this Hextech Crafting guide, you do need to redeem skin permanents to permanently add them to your account. It shouldn't be added to your account as soon as you get it from the re-roll.

Also, it's not a bug that you can get a skin permanent for a champion you do not own when you re-roll 3 skins. Re-rolling 3 skins shards only guarantees that you get a skin that you do not own, it's not guaranteed to be for a champion you do own.

It's very unlikely that you will get your shards back. A large part of the hextech crafting system is gambling, and you should have known that before making this decision.
