How would i go about hosting a LoL tournament?

I want to host/shoutcast LoL tournaments with a friend of mine, we've been practicing. But i realized, i have no clue how to host a tournament. And would i be able to have an admission fee so i could have a prize at the end? Can anyone at Riot help me with this?
