Deals 15% of target champion's maximum health in magic damage and applies the debuff, Doom. Doom amplifies all magic damage that champion takes by 20% for 4 seconds. 90 second cooldown (750 range).
The Fizz ult does 20% for Fizz only.
DeloricVI1 votesIt would be hard to balance that champion, unless their other scalings were atrocious, and if so it would probably limit their utility and usefulness in a fight... They'd have to pick off one target, and then hide in the back waiting for their ult to be off cooldown... An interesting idea, but would be hard to execute without breaking the game.
Yatsufuså1 votesAhri's E used to be DFG. It enhanced her other abilities' damage for a short time. She wasn't broken back then now (unless you're one of those band-wagoners that think she was broken then and now)
And her E is a charm! Just make it to where it deals bonus damage in successive spells + grant a short spell vamp bonus during its duration. I think it'd be cool.
