It would be cool if DFG's active was a new champion's ult

It would be hard to balance that champion, unless their other scalings were atrocious, and if so it would probably limit their utility and usefulness in a fight... They'd have to pick off one target, and then hide in the back waiting for their ult to be off cooldown... An interesting idea, but would be hard to execute without breaking the game.
