We need a mage patch

With the new Juggernaut items and adc items mages are really limited to the items thy can build. For cdr you can either get morrelicon/ Athens or nashir tooth. Spell vamp isn't viable anymore because of burst damage and there are better ap items than banner of command. How about an item with armor cdr and ap.
