So my friends went on to my league account somehow and must have purposely dodged queue to get me a tier 1 queue ban. would that make you angry?

Change your password immediately and never trust them with it again. If they try to peek over your shoulder to get the new password or pull that "I was only kidding" bullshit, look the right in the eye and tell them you won't trust them with your privacy ever again.
TL;DR: I choose angry.
I would just find a way to get back at them.
