Get 1 week ban by mistake and support don't want to do anything with that

Get 2 weeks ban. 1 week later ban was removed, and I get 35 ranked restriction games. I asked support why did I get double punishment? They said first punishment was removed, and I deserved second, and they won't fix anything. But I already had 1 week ban anyway! I deserved punishment, I accept it, but I didn't deserve to get punishment after punishment. This chatting with support takes soooooo long time.

You know what they finally said? "You are free to write in, but the restrictions will remain on the account." It sounds like "You can write, but we don't care, sit in ban forever."

Sounds like riot reviewed your ban and decided that they should reduce your punishment and yet your still complaining? Accept that fact you lucky they reviewed it at all let alone reduced your punishment.

You didn't get punishment after punishment. You got. 2 week ban which was lifted to a one week ban and got restriction because they felt a 2 week ban wasn't bad for you. To be honest though it seems like it should have been better to give you a 2 week ban if you are going to act like this!

So basically the system banned you for 14 days, after 7 days support responded and revoked your ban, but gave you a ranked restriction instead of 14 day ban?

I can see that working except if they revoked the ban on the same day.

This is just bullshit.
