why cant I get a good team

its just so annoying i go positive 90% of my games (unless i play azir) and still we lose because 1 of the 3 lanes has too feed like wtf. this game pisses me off. whats worse is i lose more lp then i gain because my mmr is shit and i cant get better mmr because my teams are always shit
