Why am I constantly getting chimpanzees in Diamond V?

I just streamed 13 games. 3 wins, 10 losses.

Every single loss, my team played like they were some sort of monkeys. The people watching my stream thought they were watching Bronze games.

0-9-0 top lanes. 0-10-0 bottom lanes. Multiple players pushing to the enemy tower, no ward, and dying to ganks 3-4 times in a row. Teams getting engaged on by Fiddlesticks, while he's standing on top of a ward. Six times. Team with an 8 kill advantage and full builds losing a 4v1 with a 6-6-10 Renekton. Players dying to fully warded and pinged ganks, because they somehow didn't notice.

This is reaching the point that it's just r%%%%%ed. I have no impact on any game; it completely comes down to how terrible my team mates are, compared to the other team.
