Cassiopia mage rework
I honestly mained cassiopia at one point. When she was reworked I stopped playing her completely. I feel like I'm the only one who was upset they took the damage from her poison and gave it to her machine gun twin fangs. Twin fangs used to be just some damage to tack on to the poison to give her something else that wasn't poison. It became her only move worth using therefore changing her entire play style. I tried her once post rework and haven't touched her since.
I personally liked her poison being the main damage of her kit. Why? Dots ate fun and there are only 2 champions with them. Malzahar and cassiopia. (I ended up mailing Malzahar after the cassiopia rework)
Apparently there are a bunch of people who like her twin fangs as it is now yet let's be honest everyone. Nobody plays cassiopia anymore.
Now the purpose of the mage rework In the first place is to make mages more situational and have a niche. Given the fact that cassiopia has poison in her kit I would like to see her as an anti assassin mage crippling melee burst damage. Here's my concept
Passive: crippling venom : enemies affected by cassiopias poison have their damage reduced and movement speed reduced by a % per stack of poison. Cassiopia gains movement speed by a % when nearby enemy champions are poisoned
Q: poison blast: (point and click like before) dealing small damage in a spot and enemies hit have a stack of poison added to them dealing damage over time. 3 stacks max (one stack of poison alone will do barely any damage at all meaning you will need to land multiple abilities to make poison do lots of damage)
W: twin fang : cassiopia bites an enemy in melee range dealing a bunch of damage and healing cassiopia. This amplifyes her poison damage by 50% to the target.
E: poison mist: cassiopia covers the ground in poison in an area. Enemies standing in it gain one stack of poison per.5 second. Enemy champions standing in the cloud for 2 seconds will become covered in a small poison cloud and it will follow them for 3 seconds adding additional stacks and hitting other enemies who are touching the cloud. (This sounds confusing but basically if enemies remain in the cloud they become the source of the cloud)
R: Passive : amount of poison stacks increases to 4/5/6 Active: same as before
