I made the mistake of checking on my desperately crying cat and then smelling gas in my house and I deeply regret my decision. I was gone for about 4 minutes, more than enough time to end this serious video game that is totally more important than my safety.

My teammate Jarvan IV scolded me appropriately (by the way why does league of legends get such a bad rep on its community??? I never see anything wrong with its players. I just don't get it!)

I thought ranked and real life were one in the same? And how dare you care about your cat!

But seriously, some people take this game to the extreme because it's so competitive but that doesn't give him the excuse to behave that way. I read it as a poor taste joke, but that's just me, and even with that you gotta consider some people may take it seriously.

I assume you reported him after the game?

You know.. When stuff like this happens I could care less about the jarvan that got mad. Just say sorry and move on.
