Re-gifting skins

Since I have started playing, my friends and I have always done mystery skins with each other. As doing so, I have a lot of skins on Champions that I'll never play because I do not like them. (Some champs I got through Mystery champ because I needed more for ranked). I wish there was a way to re-gift skins, because some of my friends play the champs I have skins for. I would literally give skins away to people if they allowed it, just so I wouldn't have to feel obligated to play a champ. Like, for instance, I have 2 Brand skins and I absolutely do not like Brand. But my friend plays Brand a lot, so naturally I would like to give him one of my 2 skins, at least. I don't know if this has been thought of before or not, but I think something like this would be sweet.
