Someone please tell me how a 10-year-old girl can carry a minigun and a rocket launcher no problem.

She should barely be able to lift them up, let alone carry them and shoot them without losing control of them. For reference, here is a 9-year-old shooting an Uzi. (Video is SFW)

Jinx is at least 18, probably a bit older. Also, I would think that video might be a little violent for the forums...

Jinx physically looks 10 and acts like a 10-year-old. The video doesn't show anyone getting shot, you only know what happens because of the title.

According to Rioters, she's actually older than Vi. She's just... underdeveloped.

As to how such a small person can carry those weapons, Hextech miniaturization + manic strength? Video Game Physics for sure.
