what hurts me most with the new utility masteries
now going 21/0/9 on an AP is much worse unless you go for the MS, and if you dont go 21/0/9 you dont get cookies ;(

FastAsHeck1 votesonly utility. swapped extra mana and mana regen. so the tier 1 mastery is now 25/50/75 mana, and you have to go deeper to get the sweet mana regen :/ (though 75 mana is not bad for early levels, but i will miss the mana regen in the midgame)
