That way everyone doesn't run the same 10 insanely broken champs every game and ruin it
And this brings me to another point; in Random pick game modes, all champs are enabled for people

femmé2 votesya getting random champs each game means that you might get one of the more toxic champs in the game mode but not 10 of them trolling because they know they're abusing some thing stupid and insanely toxic to deal with when you just want to have fun.

its meant to be a fun mode, but since almost everyone picks the same champs that the mode makes totally OP AF, it just becomes boring and stale
