So uhm, why does Miss Fortune's ult scale with AP?
And it isn't even good enough AP to justify building AP MF, trust me, I've tried.

cuz only magic can make that much bullets come out that fast!
So it's not OP by scaling off AD, gives AP MF a chance to work, and gives her some reliable damage against high Armor targets. This is pretty much the reason for all AP scaling on traditionally AD champions, though not all have it.
