Problem with some loading screen splashes.

I made this thread over a month ago and have gotten no feedback, I decided I'll keep bugging you guys until you fix it.

It's been a long time since your 32 Chinese splash art update was done, and ever since then skins like Chrome Rammus and Candy Cane Miss Fortune (probably more) still show the old splash art in the loading screen. Please fix this.
