I find people get banned for when they don't do something more than when they actually do something.

After being reported fpr " not ganking enough" AKA they reported me for verbal abuse somehow I got a tier 1 ban.

No you didn't "somehow" get banned. You absolutely did not get banned for not ganking, I promise you that.
