Why do you allow players to play champs in ranked THAT THEY HAVE NEVER PLAYED BEFORE? Why do you promote toxic language riot? Because everyone knows these players are going to get flamed for trolling.

If it became a requirement to play a champ 10 games in normals before picking in ranked, people would just complain that their freedom of choice is getting taken away.

If your logic applies, people shouldn't be able to play champions they have lower than 50% win rate on then, it promotes toxicness.
