I just played Skarner for the first time (second if you count being barely level 30 and stopping world hunger) and he's actually pretty good. He's got good damage if you can get a sheen, tanky with CC and SUCH good clear. It honestly makes me wet how much farm I can get and so fast as well. I really don't understand why people say he's bad and he's so underplayed.
hes unpopular thats all it is. its the complete opposite of yas and zed.

He looks good, his voice is cool, his voice lines are awesome, he's strong and balanced.
Yet he's not satisfying to play apart from using his ultimate. If his Q had some impact maybe i would like playing him, right now it makes no sound and deals no damage so it's not really fun for me..
