Is ranked and normal's at an all time toxic high? I just came back from a break a month or two and decided what the hell lets play a couple normal's maybe even ranked i'm sure it will be fun! boy was i wrong.

It seems like the general toxicity level rises toward the end of each season. All I can say is with decay not being a thing for gold and below playing ranked at the start of the season has never been more relaxing.
