Has anyone ever thought about adding a feature in league that let's us trade in our old skins for champs we no longer play for skins on champs we do play?

I don't mean buying like a cheap 520 skin and trading it for a ultimate skin or anything, I mean more like they have to be equal or lesser value.

Of course rito would want to make money off this as well, so why not add a small exchange fee as well? Could entice some players to spend a bit more if they want certain skins but not pay full price sort of.

(Skins from Hextech would obviously not be eligible for trading, as you technically didnt buy them, however maybe allow trading Hextech Exclusive skins for other Hextech Exlusive skins, yet again with a small exhange fee)

But then they'd be losing money and we all know that Riot would never develop a strategy that would make them lose money.

It depends how much this "exchange fee" would be. Because if have a 975 Janna skin, and I want to trade it in for a different 975 (because you said equal to lesser value) and I payed $10 for my original, the exchange fee better be less than $5. Because Riot would lose money if I wanted to do that trade for basically half the original price for a skin I deem better than my original. I don't honestly see skin trading ever happening in this game.
