Why the hell riot dosent have an Ant-HACK SHIELD already?

Right now if you play at plat-diamond you would find 6 out of 10 games a scripter

AND I DONT EVEN CARE about "oh report him" yeah i dont even care riot ban 1 person per year for scripting so i dont care ok? i am tired of seeing people hacking and OBVIOUS hacking that even their own team report them and having games like that

PUT A HACK SHIELD to prevent hacks i mean companies and games that dont even have the 1% of the money that riot have and they already have shield to prevent any hacking and trust me in that game they create WAY HARDER hacks because its small games so they want to exploit them by creating hacks and having fun with those type of games

BUT WHEN RIOT HAVE SO MUCH MONEY and the game is so big and they still dont have a shield to prevent scripting zoom hacks and stuff like that shows you how BAD the mentality of the people who own Riot is
